The Spiritual Warrior Society's Self Initiation Mission (SIM) is the final product of fifteen years of travel, research, development, test groups, and inner exploration built from the ongoing work of The ESHU Collective in 1997 to The Great Black Wisdom Gathering efforts started in 2012 by the Spiritual Warrior Network. The format for this process was first tested inside of Neighborworks America, the largest community development training organization in the United States, beginning as a one day course on combining Leadership Development and Spirituality.. Due to the success of this one day course, The Spiritual Warrior Network has completed a manual on Self Initiation Missions and how to lead them in a day, a weekend, a week or a year.
